- Challenge: A production warehouse needed to be recreated as a highly detailed miniature model, with every machine, workstation and supporting element designed as an individual component for flexible assembly and reconfiguration.
- Solution: We created a modular miniature environment with individually designed machines, workstations and detailed accessories, allowing the client to demonstrate the real facility layout and workflow.
CAD Deziners designed and developed a fully modular miniature production workshop that accurately replicated the client’s facility. Using advanced 3D CAD modeling, every machine, workstation, and accessory was created as an individual component, with detachable sections and sliding walls for maximum flexibility. The final model provides an interactive solution for layout planning, workflow visualization, process demonstrations, and team training, showcasing CAD Deziners’ expertise in precision engineering and custom modular design.
