Miniature Cube Sculpture Trophy

- Challenge: A detailed steel cube sculpture needed to be recreated at miniature scale without losing the unique surface patterns across all six faces, while still achieving a premium trophy finish.
- Solution: We digitally recreated and optimized each face for miniature production, used high-resolution SLA 3D printing, completed precision finishing and applied chrome plating before mounting it on a custom wooden base.
This case study presents the end-to-end development of a miniature cube sculpture trophy, demonstrating the integration of advanced CAD modeling, precision additive manufacturing, and high-quality finishing techniques to achieve a visually striking and dimensionally accurate product. The project required careful optimization of complex geometric features, fine surface details, and structural integrity while maintaining production efficiency. Through an iterative engineering approach, the final solution successfully balanced aesthetics, manufacturability, and durability, resulting in a premium presentation trophy.
