CAD Deziners partnered with a leading advanced technology company to manufacture high-precision components in PEEK, Titanium, and 316L Stainless Steel for a demanding engineering application.
During final quality verification, dimensional non-conformance was identified in a batch of machined PEEK components due to thermal distortion during CNC machining. Rather than proceeding with parts that did not fully meet specification, CAD Deziners initiated a comprehensive root cause analysis and process optimisation program.
