Custom Honda CT110 Recognition Trophy

- Challenge: An AI-generated Honda CT110 trophy concept needed to be transformed into 12 production-ready trophies within just one week, while maintaining consistent detail and a premium finish.
- Solution: We converted the concept into a manufacturable CAD model, produced the trophies using SLA resin 3D printing, and completed surface finishing, gold painting, laser-engraved stainless-steel nameplates and final assembly.
CADDEZINERS successfully transformed an AI-generated Honda CT110 trophy concept into a production-ready product, delivering 12 premium presentation trophies within a challenging one-week timeframe. The project involved end-to-end engineering, from CAD modelling and design optimisation to high-resolution SLA resin 3D printing, precision surface finishing, premium metallic gold painting, laser-engraved stainless steel nameplates, and final assembly. By implementing parallel production workflows and rigorous quality control throughout manufacturing, every trophy achieved consistent quality and closely matched the original concept.
