CADDEZINERS engineered and manufactured a bespoke, high-end presentation trophy from concept through final production to honor a mining industry emergency rescue. Tasked with depicting two intertwined human figures—a miner carrying an injured colleague—our team tackled intricate organic geometries, structural load challenges, and high-gloss surface requirements to deliver a flawless, custom-crafted award.
To achieve structural integrity and seamless aesthetics, CADDEZINERS utilized advanced 3D CAD modeling, dividing the complex geometry to reinforce extended limbs while concealing assembly joints. The piece was produced using large-format SLA resin 3D printing and underwent a multi-stage hand-sanding, filling, and polishing routine to prep the complex surface for plating. The result was a mirror-like gold-plated finish complemented by a custom laser-engraved nameplate, delivering exceptional visual impact and structural durability that exceeded client expectations for a prestigious industry event.
